We allow refunds and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for returns or exchange your item must be in the same condition you received it in, unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items on sale can be only exchanged and are not eligible for refunds.
The Good Ritual is not responsible for return or exchange shipping costs. Every shipping has to be paid by the customer, even if the item had free shipping in the first place, the customer has to pay for the shipping in return
or exchange.
