RETURN & REFUND POLICIES

At The Good Ritual, we want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase. Here’s how we handle returns and exchanges to ensure a smooth experience:

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.

 

Return Process

  1. Once a return or exchange is requested, our courier will collect the items directly from your location.

  2. Returns are sent in bulk shipments to our warehouse, so it may take 2–3 business days for your item to arrive.

  3. Upon arrival, we conduct a thorough inspection to ensure items are in original condition and undamaged.

  4. If everything checks out, your refund will be processed via Instapay.

  5. This full process typically takes 3-5 business days from the day of pickup.

Please note: Return or exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. 120 EGP
