RETURN & REFUND POLICIES

At The Good Ritual, we want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase. Here’s how we handle returns and exchanges to ensure a smooth experience:

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Important to Note

  • We kindly ask that items are not tried on while the courier is waiting. Please decide whether to accept the order or inform the courier if you choose not to receive it.

Return Process

  1. Once a return or exchange is requested, our courier will collect the items directly from your location.

  2. Returns are sent in bulk shipments to our warehouse, so it may take 2–3 business days for your item to arrive.

  3. Upon arrival, we conduct a thorough inspection to ensure items are in original condition and undamaged.

  4. If everything checks out, your refund will be processed via Instapay.

  5. This full process typically takes 8–10 business days from the day of pickup.
